Think about what you’d most like your website to do better.
Come prepared to talk honestly about what’s working—and what isn’t.

And one important thing:
If you realize this isn’t the right time or the investment isn’t right for you, no problem. Just use the cancellation link in your confirmation email rather than no-showing. I keep these calls limited so I can give each person my full attention.
