I handle it by tuesday
Submit your updates through your client request form by Sunday evening. They're live on your website by Tuesday. You get a brief confirmation so you always know what was done and when. No chasing, no wondering.

Service business owners with Squarespace websites who want the ongoing work handled without having to think about it. You don't need to have worked with me before to get started. As long as your website is on Squarespace 7.1, we can work together.

One change to one area of your website. A photo swap on your services page is one request. Updating your pricing across three pages is three requests. Swapping five photos on one page is one request because it's one task in one place. If you're ever not sure, ask before you submit and I'll tell you how it counts.

Your time doesn't go to waste. If nothing has come through the form by the end of the month, I run an SEO review on your website instead, metadata, keywords, anything that keeps you visible. You'll hear from me with a brief note on what was checked and what looks good.

Anything new, a new page, a redesign, a new feature, gets quoted before any work begins. No surprises. Plan clients get that additional work at $97/hour CAD + gst rather than my standard project rate.

Yes, anytime. If your needs grow, your plan grows with it. Let me know and I'll adjust at the start of your next billing cycle.

Three-month minimum to start so the rhythm has time to settle. After that, cancel or pause anytime with 30 days notice. If you pause, resuming depends on availability, so if timing matters, keep that in mind before pausing.

Each month I send you a short set of questions related to your business and your clients. You answer them in your own words, as briefly or as fully as you like. I take your answers and write the full post from them, research the right keywords, optimize it for search, and publish it on your website. You never stare at a blank page. The post sounds like you because it came from you.

Yes, as long as your website is on Squarespace 7.1. If you're on Squarespace 7.0, the platform migration add-on gets you onto the current version first and we go from there. If you're not sure which version you're on, just ask.

Through your client request form, not by email. Every plan comes with access to a simple request form where you log what needs doing. Requests submitted by Sunday evening are completed by Tuesday. That's the system and it keeps things running cleanly for both of us.
