Do I need to have worked with you before to use these services?
Not at all. While many of these add-ons are designed for clients who already have a Squarespace website, you don't need to have built yours with me to get started. If you have an existing Squarespace website and want help with SEO, blogging, e-commerce, or any of the other services on this page, reach out and we'll figure out if it's a good fit.
How do I know which add-on or support plan is right for me?
Start with where the biggest gap is. If you're not showing up in search, the SEO and AI Setup or Strategy Audit is the right first move. If your website is live but nothing is moving, the Quick Wins audit at $67 will tell you exactly what to focus on first. If you just need someone to keep things running, the Website and Store Care plan is the simplest starting point. Not sure? Are these services only for websites built by you?
No. As long as your website is on Squarespace 7.1, I can work on it regardless of who built it. If you're on Squarespace 7.0 the platform migration add-on gets you onto the current version first, and we go from there.
How long does it take to get started?
Most one-time projects can begin within one to two weeks depending on my current availability. Monthly support plans start at the beginning of the following month when you sign up. If you have a specific deadline, mention it when you reach out and I'll let you know whether we can make it work.
Can you help my business show up in AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity?
Yes. The SEO and AI Setup includes AI search readiness as a core deliverable, which means structuring and optimizing your content so that AI tools can understand what your business does, who it serves, and why you're the right answer to the questions your ideal clients are asking. This is becoming increasingly important as more people use AI tools to find service providers rather than traditional search engines.
Can I combine a one-time add-on with a monthly support plan?
Yes and it often makes sense to do both. A common combination is the SEO and AI Setup as a one-time project to get your foundations right, followed by the SEO Management plan to keep things moving month to month. Or the Blogging Starter to launch your blog properly, then the Ongoing Blogging subscription to keep it growing. Think of the one-time add-ons as the setup and the subscriptions as the momentum.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract for the monthly plans?
No. All monthly support plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel with 30 days notice. The goal is to provide enough ongoing value that you want to stay, not to lock you in.
What does "done-with-you" mean for the blogging service?
It means I do the heavy lifting and you contribute your expertise. I research the topics, bring the strategy, and write the posts. Each month I send you a short set of focused questions to capture your voice and make sure the content sounds like you. You answer them at your own pace, I take it from there. No staring at a blank page, no writing assignments. Just a few questions and a published post.
Will these services help my Squarespace website show up on Google?
