One Day Website Terms & Conditions

1. Project Scope

• The One Day Website package includes:

  • A pre-design consultation (60 minutes)

  • One day of intensive website design work (approximately 7 hours)

  • 14 days of post-launch email support

• Client deliverables:

  • Website design on Squarespace

• The following are not included:

  • Logo design

  • Copywriting services

  • Squarespace subscription fees

  • Domain name registration fees

  • Stock imagery licensing fees

2. Payment

• The fee for the One Day Website is due in full prior to the project date to secure your booking.

3. Scheduling and Changes

• Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule the One Day Website with at least 7 days' notice, subject to Designer's availability.

  • Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice may incur a $100 rescheduling fee, at Designer's discretion.

• Cancellation:

  • If the Client cancels the One Day Website with at least 7 days' notice, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • If the Client cancels with less than 7 days' notice, no refund will be issued.

• Designer Cancellation:

  • If Designer cancels the One Day Website, the Client may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Client must provide all necessary content (text, images, etc.) by the agreed-upon deadline. Delays may impact the project timeline.

• Client is responsible for ensuring all content provided is accurate and legally compliant.

5. Revisions

• The One Day Website package includes a limited number of minor revisions during the design day, as determined by the Designer.

• Additional revisions requested after the design day are billable at the Designer’s hourly rate.

6. Support

• Designer will provide email support for 14 days following the website launch to address any bugs or minor issues.

• Further support and maintenance are available at the Designer’s hourly rate or through a separate maintenance package.
